Tech Setup

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection

• Use a device with a working camera and microphone

• Have a secondary device for playing music/YouTube

• Familiarize yourself with Zoom's interface and features

Camera Placement

• Position your camera at eye level to provide a clear view of your face and upper body

• Make sure your face is well-lit, so the coach can see your facial expressions and lip movements

Microphone Use

• Use headphones with a built-in microphone for better audio quality and reduced background noise

• Mute your microphone when you're not speaking to minimize disruptions

Secondary Device for Music

• Have a seperate device handy (smartphone, ipad, computer) from which you can play music and/or access Youtube tracks
