24 hour notice of cancellation is required to receive a make-up credit for a missed lesson. Make-up credits must be used within 30 days of the missed lesson. Payment is due at the time of session.
Missed Classes/Absences
For GROUP CLASSES: VOX does not offer make-up classes for missed classes. The only exception is if there are multiple class times for the same class. Make-up credit will only be given with 24-hours' notice of absence, and only the same class can be taken as a make-up class (ie: SmashKids for SmashKids). Make-up classes must be redeemed within 30 days and must be scheduled in advance to ensure space availability.

For PRIVATE LESSONS: 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to receive a make-up credit for a missed private lesson. Make-up credits must be used within 30 days.

For WORKSHOPS: 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to receive studio credit. Studio credit may be used toward tuition, class-related fees, or merchandise.
